PMG Kitchen is the dream child of a strong business woman with a love of cooking and baking. Her desire to feed people delicious cakes and cookies while making them look beautiful for any occasion brought forth this inspiring and yummy business!
PMG kitchen produces the most delicious baked goods from cookies to gourmet decorated cakes. No shop bought goods here, everything is baked professionally with that touch of home flair.
In 2020, when lockdown took the country by surprise, the PMG kitchen was born producing the most delicious baked delights.
Once you have tasted those melt in the mouth scones, cookies and cakes, you will know why store bought cannot top the love that goes into baking.
With core values of service excellence and attention to detail, the owner aspires to branching out to start a baking and cooking academy in rural areas where the youth can learn to start their own businesses. A true inspiration to keep working towards.
So who is at the helm of this incredible business? Patronnica Ramachela, business woman, entrepreneur and absolute power house with a love of people and a passion to succeed.
Born and bred in Polokwane, stemming from humble roots, Patronnica moved to Gauteng in 2002 where she studied tourism.
Her first job was at the Protea Hotel Lakes as a receptionist, moving up through the ranks to duty manager. She has worked in various big hotel groups, giving her the experience and knowledge she has today.
With her own events company, Patimo venue finders, established in 2013, she grew her business network to include AHA hotels, Holiday Inns and other independent hotel groups.
As a shareholder in The Lakes Hotel, Patronnica knows what is needed to deliver service excellence and delicious food.
She is absolutely passionate about people and is living proof that coming from a disadvantaged family doesn’t need to hold you back. Living out Gods purpose for us can take us anywhere! Waking up in the morning with joy, knowing that her clientele are happy is something she is truly proud of, and this shows in every business she has touched.
